(a)Education and Training:- 
De Paul is offering Formal and Informal Education programs. Through Professional education and continuing education, De Paul I M D endeavors to inculcate professional managerial skills and knowledge of personnel in industries and service sector. “Value based management training in the latest concepts, frameworks, skills and practices to make a difference in the quality of service and performance of organizations and individuals is provided by the Institute.”
Formal Education Program:-
It is either Diploma or Degree programs in collaboration with other academic institutions. For effective running of programs De Paul IMD has tie-up with IGNOU, KITCO and NIAM. De Paul IMD is a Partner Institution of IGNOU according to its Convergence Scheme for conducting MBA Programs. Process is going on for starting a few undergraduate programs and diploma programs under the same scheme.
Informal Programs:- They are workshops, seminars, short term certificate courses. Individuals and Organizations who intent on increasing the knowledge and skill of their employees in the rapidly changing and competitive global scenario will undoubtedly find the training at De Paul I M D most effective. Continuing education here is marked by innovation, creativity and novel solutions tailored to meet the developmental needs of society.
