The Director Rev.Fr.Thomas Njarackel, VC has Masters in Social Work (MSW) from M.G University, India and Business Administration (MBA) from IONA College, USA. He has a number of years experience in the educational and social welfare fields.

The Associate Director Ms. Stella Stephen with MSW, (Specialization in Personnel Management) MBA and a Bachelor degree in general law has more than 21 years experience in the Industrial field.

The Course Coordinator -  Mr. Joseph Thomas,B.tech with thirty two years of Industrial and Corporate experience.
