The Director Rev.Fr.Thomas Njarackel, VC has Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Rajagiri College of Social Science, India and Business Administration (MBA) from IONA College, USA. He has a number of years experience in the educational and social welfare fields. The Associate Director Ms. Stella Stephen with MSW (Specialisation in Personnel Management) and a degree in general law has more than 21 years experience in the Industrial field.

An Advisory council consisting of senior representatives from industry, academic fields, health care and religious communities ably support the Institute. An academic council decides syllabi and evaluates the courses.
